Return Policy

At Harrison's Workwear we want you to be happy with your purchase therefore if you need to return or exchange anything our policy is listed as follows.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Items can only be returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. (Qualifying footwear items may have a limited factory warranty for up to one year, against verified manufacturing flaws, defective materials, and workmanship, when their products are used under normal working conditions. Note that the manufacturers reserve the right to pro-rate any credit allowance based on time their footwear has been in use. Please Email us at harrisons@bellsouth.net before returning a defective product.

  • Items must be in like-new condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been washed or soiled.
  • Closeout items cannot be returned. All closeout sales are final.
  • Return shipping
  • Specially priced items do not qualify for free return shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
  • Items cannot be returned with missing tags or for footwear without the original box.
  • If the original box is missing or damaged, there will be a $10.00 charge deducted from your return. Please do not ship items only in the original box. Instead, place the box inside another box, to protect the original packaging from damage during shipment.
  • Harrison's Workwear reserves the right to charge your credit card for all shipping costs associated with your return, if the item returned is not in like-new condition, or if the item did not qualify for free return shipping (such as a specially-priced item).

In order to start your return, you'll need your order number and billing zip code. Also an Email and description of what was defective and or wrong with your merchandise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as your approved return is received into our systems, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks are taking as long as a week to process and post these refunds to their customers' account.
